Where are the courses?
Education and certification courses are available in the Course Catalog in the main navigation bar.

I purchased a course, where do I access it?
There is a link in the main navigation bar called "My Learning." This tab will show you any courses you have purchased. You may launch them at any time with the launch button next to each course.
Where is my transcript?
If you look under the My Learning Tab, you will then see two tabs in the content area. The first is the enrolled tab, that shows the courses for which you are enrolled. The second is labeled Grades, and shows you your completion status for each course. From here, you will see a link at the top right to download your transcript. This transcript will contain course completion information from any course offered in the RPI Learning Center.

Can I access my certificate(s)?
Yes, if the course offers a certificate, and you've completed it. If you look under the My Learning Tab, you will then see two tabs in the content area. The first is the enrolled tab, that shows the courses for which you are enrolled. The second is labeled Grades, and shows you your completion status for each course. From here you will be able to access any certificates. If you have earned a ceritificate, you will see a link under each respective course to download a certificate.

I don't see the Resource Library
The resource library is available in the top navigation bar (the teal bar at the top of the page). It is only visible to RPI Members. If you would like to join RPI and gain access to this valuable resource, you may join online.
I can see the Resource Library, but only see a few items.
Practitioner Basic Members only have access to a select number of items. If you are a Practitioner Basic member, and would like to gain access to the complete Resource Libary, you may join online as a premium member.
I completed CRP® I, but I don't see it listed on my transcript.
If you completed the CRP® I course prior to September 8, 2016, you completed a version that was not in the Learning Center. We are currently working on adding everyone who has already completed CRP® I to each person's transcript.
Will the other CRP® Courses be offered online?
Yes. We are working on adding the entire CRP® program to the Learning Center. We anticipate them all being available by the end of the year.
Will there be more content added to the Resource Library?
Yes. We will be adding content to the Resource Library regularly.
